How to be passionate for children
Introduction
Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
(Proverbs 22:6 KJV)

3 points on why and how to be passionate for children
1.       God word commands us to teach children
a)      God instructed the Israelites to teach their children and Grand children  (Deuteronomy 4:9,10, 11:18-21)
b)      Parents wee commanded to diligently teach the word of God.
(Deuteronomy 6:6-7)
c)       They are the future generation
(Psalms 78:1-8)
d)      Children were included in public meetings.
( Deuteronomy 31:12, Joshua 8:35)

2.       Jesus taught the evangelization of children
a)      Jesus invited the little children to himself
(Mark 10:14)
b)      Jesus clearly indicated that children can savingly believe in him.
(Mathew 18:1-14)
Greek word Paidion which means little children
Greek word mikros which means  very little children
Greek word pisteuo which is also used in John 3:16, Acts 16:31 to refer to saving faith – believing in Jesus.
Very Little children can savingly believe in the Lord Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.
c)       Jesus spoke of the humility of children
(Mathew 18:3 and 4)
d)      Jesus placed great value on children
(Mathew 18:5-10)
e)      Children have sinned
(Mathew 18:12-14, Romans 3:23)
f)       Children can experience and worship God.
(Mathew 21:14-17, 1 Samuel 1-3)

3.       The new testament teachings supports child evangelism.
a)      Ephesians 6:1
b)      Colossians 3:20
c)       Ephesians 6:4

CONCLUSION
God’s word is passionate about reaching the children; will you ask God to give you a burden for the millions of children not being won?
Humbly, ask God what you can do to evangelize the children.
